THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (INCLUDING ALL OF OUR OTHER TERMS AND POLICIES REFERENCED HEREIN) CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND YOU, REGARDLESS OF YOUR CORPORATE FORM OR IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL, AND IT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF, AND DEALINGS WITH, US, ANY PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES WE PROVIDE OR MAKE AVAILABLE TO YOU AND OUR WEBSITES (INCLUDING OUR WEBSITE AT WWW.REFERAZON.COM, ALONG WITH ANY OTHER WEBSITES WE OPERATE IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Referazon, its owners, employees, contractors and anyone else associated with the product.
BY REGISTERING TO USE ANY REFERAZON PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS, AND AGAIN EACH TIME YOU LOG INTO A REFERAZON PRODUCT: (A) YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS GENERAL TOS AND ANY CHANGES THAT MAY HAVE BEEN MADE TO IT SINCE YOU PREVIOUSLY LOGGED-IN; (B) YOU ARE REPRESENTING THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT WITH US; (C) YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS GENERAL TOS AND AGREEING THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS GENERAL TOS; (D) YOU ARE AGREEING THAT THIS GENERAL TOS WILL BE DEEMED TO SATISFY ANY REQUIREMENT UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THAT AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US BE IN WRITING; AND (E) YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOUR ACTIONS IN REGISTERING FOR OR LOGGING INTO ANY REFERAZON PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS WILL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR VALID AUTHENTICATED SIGNATURE FOR PURPOSES OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRING THAT THIS GENERAL TOS BETWEEN YOU AND US BE SIGNED BY YOU IN WRITING.
IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS GENERAL TOS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL NON-PERSON ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT PERSON OR ENTITY TO THIS GENERAL TOS, AND REFERENCES TO “YOU” AND “YOUR” IN THIS GENERAL TOS WILL ALSO BE READ TO REFER TO THAT PERSON OR ENTITY.
USE OF PRODUCT
All Referazon products are on a recurring payment basis. Your purchase and each subsequent monthly payment entitles you to one month of use.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Referazon does not provide any warranty or guarantee for these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function for all purposes. Referazon products are provided “As Is” and in no event shall Referazon be liable for any direct. indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use incurred by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
SITE CONTENT
All content, including imagery, published on the Referazon.com domain is property of Referazon and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Referazon website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Referazon.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
You have up to thirty (30) days from the day of initial purchase to request a refund/exchange as per our guarantee. Refund/exchange requests must be given via email from the email address used to register. Upon requesting a refund/exchange, please note, it can take up to three business days for us to complete that request.
After your initial thirty (30) day period and subsequent cancellations of the service will be initiated at the current monthly period without any money refunded. Cancellation requests should be made in email from the email address used to register for Referazon.
PRICING & CURRENCY
Referazon makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information but takes no responsibility for any editorial, photographic or typographic errors. Referazon reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information on the Referazon.com website at any time, without prior notice. Prices listed are in United Sates dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes and charges.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Referazon holds zero tolerance for behavior that is abusive, insulting, demeaning, and/or harassment of any kind in our community. We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for our users and employees, regardless of level of experience, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristics. Continued use of unacceptable behavior could result in a halt of correspondence and/or service with you.
The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities that are prohibited through email with our Support Team:
Language, behavior or submitting materials that are abusive, insulting, demeaning, and/or engages in harassment.
Submitting materials that are offensive, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
Engaging in activity, or submitting materials, or promoting information that is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.
Submitting materials that display nudity, pornographic, violent, or illegal content of any kind.
In addition, you covenant and represent that you will not engage in interactions with Referazon users or employees in violation of the law or these Terms of Service.
TERMINATION
Referazon reserves the right in its sole discretion, and without any prior notice, to terminate your access to our service for any or no reason, including your breach of these Terms of Service, the terms and conditions of any service for which you may have registered, or a violation of the rights of another user or the law.
You may unsubscribe from any further communication from Referazon at any time by delivering a written notice addressed to [email protected], or by using the Email Preferences link, or by the opt-out link in any of the Referazon emails.
Referazon reserves the right with or without notice to you at any time to change, modify or discontinue any service or a portion or attribute thereof, or the offering of any information, good, content, product or service. Referazon shall have no liability to you or any third party should Referazon modify or discontinue any service or an aspect thereof.
SUPPORT POLICY
Support is provided through both the Referazon chat and by email.
We commit to supporting our clients by email during typical business hours in as timely a fashion as we are able.
Response times may vary for both channels of support. Responses can typically be expected within 48 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
Support services are provided for Referazon products to clients with active memberships. Upon subscription expiration, or account closure, a Client’s access to support is terminated, but general requests for information will still receive replies.
Referazon provides support for its own products only. We do not provide support for third party products or services, nor do we provide support for our own products when obtained through third parties.
Our products are provided as is. We do not provide support with product customization, alteration or feature addition, nor do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third party software or services.
EMAIL/NEWSLETTER CONSENT
By signing up a Referazon account, you agree to be contacted by Referazon with regard to announcements, bug fixes, product updates, product releases, and promotional offers. You can change contact preferences at any time after signing up.

You grant Referazon permission to access your account while troubleshooting issues or while being provided support. They include any graphics, audio, video, messages, data, information, text, or other material posted/uploaded/transmitted to or through our service using your account.
You may visit our Site without registering. However, you will be required to register for an account in order to buy our products. When creating an account, users agree to give us consent to collect and store your name, address, country of origin and email.
